When you call, we’ll provide you with a quote over the phone. We’ll ask a couple of questions to determine the cash value of your vehicle:
What year is the vehicle?
What is the make and model of the vehicle?
Where is the vehicle located?
Is the vehicle complete? (Are there any parts missing, such as doors, wheels, engine, transmission etc.)
Are the rims on the vehicle aluminum or steel?
We Provide You a Quote
Based on the description of the vehicle you’ve provided us, we then give you a cash quote over the phone. Upon your acceptance and confirmation of the quote, we make arrangements with you.
Upon confirmation, we schedule an appointment and ask that you provide the following:
Pick-up location of the vehicle
Pick-up time for us to arrive
Contact name and number for when we arrive at the location
Have vehicle keys and ownership documents ready
Advise us if the vehicle is towable. Does it have damaged wheel or flat tires…do the tires hold air? This helps us determine the type of tow truck we require to remove your vehicle safely and efficiently.
Prior to our arrival, we will call to inform you we’re on our way, and ask that you make sure that any personal belongings are removed from the vehicle.
We provide you with a receipt for the purchase price of the vehicle
We ask for the ownership and keys; ownership must be signed on the back (seller’s portion)
We arrive with cash to pay for the vehicle and provide you with a receipt
We remove the vehicle and take it away
